Memorial School PTO

About the Memorial PTO

The Memorial Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Memorial Elementary School and enhancing the educational experience of its students. Our mission is to foster a strong school community by providing resources, funding, and opportunities that enrich learning, promote family engagement, and celebrate student achievements.

What We Do
The Memorial PTO organizes and funds a variety of programs, events, and initiatives throughout the school year, including:

  • Family-focused events such as dances, fun runs, and game nights

  • Fundraisers that directly support classroom needs, enrichment programs, and school-wide activities

  • Community-building initiatives that bring together students, families, and staff

  • Volunteer opportunities that allow parents and community members to engage with the school

Who We Serve
Our efforts directly benefit the students, teachers, and families of Memorial Elementary School. By supporting the PTO, families help provide experiences, resources, and opportunities that complement the academic curriculum and strengthen the school community.

How We Operate
The Memorial PTO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, funded through memberships, donations, and community sponsorships. All proceeds go directly toward supporting school programs, enhancing student experiences, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. The PTO is entirely volunteer-run, and we rely on the active involvement of parents and community members to plan and implement our initiatives.

Get Involved
Participation in the PTO is open to all families and community members who wish to support Memorial Elementary School. Whether through volunteering, attending events, or contributing to our fundraisers, every effort makes a meaningful impact.
